Out to Sea: Page 18

And we are back.

Thank you very much for your patience this summer. I am a stay-at-home dad these days, so when the kids are out of school, I am out of time to do any creative work. By the end of the vacation, I ran out of ideas to amuse them/keep them busy, but even before then, the recession put a damper on a lot of outside the house activities. I think next year I am gonna bite the bullet and pack them off to day camps. They will benefit more from that than from my lame attempts to stave off boredom.

If you had dropped by in the past few days, you probably saw a notice from Google that this site had been hacked. Just a spammer attempting to win your commerce by annoying you with a redirect. I don’t understand that business model, but it failed. I worked with Google and they have verified that the site is now clean and clear for safe browsing. I have also taken extra steps to increase security on the site.  It beats me why anyone would bother with my humble webcomic when there are so many more popular targets out there (and I don’t mean other webcomics; I’m thinking certain sites of disinformation and evil); but then I have better things to do than mess with someone’s personal website. Got my own, thanks! Anyway, it’s all safe now.

See you next week!

If I were on the run and rescued by Tuvia, then I’d be careful about telling him what’s going on until I knew which activities he’d turn me in for and which he wouldn’t.
